Because cardiovascular care is the focus of our practice, we encourage each of our patients to select a primary care physician to provide your routine medical care. If requested, we will be glad to assist you in finding a primary care physician who is suitable to your needs.

We believe that providing optimal care requires a collaborative relationship with your primary care physician. Once we have your cardiovascular problem under control, we will refer you back to your primary care physician so that he or she may manage your care. We will remain available to you and your primary care physician for consultation and further treatment that may be needed, or to answer any questions or concerns.
